New IBM POWER Software:
Simplify and Accelerate Private Cloud, Security and Operations

On October 9, IBM announced a series of Power software enhancements that will deliver increased management, security, compliance, and operations capabilities, as well as new software bundles for easing the deployment of private cloud.

Additionally, Red Hat announced OpenStack Platform 13 for Power Systems to deploy, scale, and manage a private cloud.
