Mainline Announces Internal Reorganization
Mainline® completes internal restructuring from a Florida corporation to a Delaware limited liability company. TALLAHASSEE, FL – April 1, 2024 Mainline Information Systems is excited to announce that, as part of its acquisition by H.I.G. Capital, Mainline has completed its corporate conversion from a Florida corporation to a Delaware limited liability company. Mainline’s legal name is now Mainline Information Systems, LLC. Mainline is in the process of updating all state and federal registrations to reflect this change. A new W-9 is available from Mainline’s finance department upon request. Mainline’s federal employee identification number (“FEIN”) and ACH/banking information will remain the same; however, please note that going forward, Mainline will be considered a disregarded entity under MIS Topco, L.P., which is reflected in the W-9.
