Robert Young has been part of the Mainline team for six years. As a systems engineer, Robert performs storage, storage networking, Power systems and AIX/PowerVM implementations. Additionally, Robert engages in system/storage performance investigations.
Robert received a BS in Computer Science from Widener University, Chester, PA. Some of Robert’s major projects at Mainline include data center migrations and implementations of large networked high-end Power servers.
Previous to Mainline, Robert was a DEC systems (VMS) consultant and worked for an IBM business partner in southeast Pennsylvania. Robert resides in the Philadelphia suburbs with his wife and kids.
