With extensive knowledge and experience, Chris specializes in designing Business Continuity Solutions for Open Systems and implementing Tivoli Storage Manager. He is focused on assessing and building Business Continuity Strategies for organizations that must protect vital IT infrastructure. Prior to his employment at Mainline, Mr. Dedham was President and CEO of ECS, an IBM Business Partner firm specializing in AIX, backup, and storage; and he was a the founder for one of the first continuous data protection (CDP) technologies to reach the market.
Mr. Dedham’s expertise is in Consulting, designing and implementing storage infrastructure such as Storage Area Networks, (SAN) Backup/Restore, Disaster Recovery, Virtual Tape Libraries (VTL) and Information Life Cycle Management (ILM) solutions in multi operating system environments such as Mainframe, Unix, Wintel, Netware and Linux. Chris has multiple certifications, including TSM and IBM storage systems.
