With over 20 years of experience in finance, Dan brings a wealth of expertise in controlling, financial systems, analytics and insights, forecasting, and internal control and risk management.
Rashba’s extensive background spans roles in both publicly traded and private equity-backed companies, showcasing his versatility and depth of knowledge in various financial domains. Prior to joining Mainline®, Rashba served as the Senior Vice President of Finance at TD SYNNEX, where he focused on driving transformational change, fostering innovative strategic thinking, designing robust financial systems and operations, and building high-performing teams through servant leadership.

Dan holds a CPA in the state of Massachusetts, earned his MBA from Babson College in Massachusetts, and received his bachelor’s degree from Bryant University in Rhode Island. His extensive experience in building financial systems and leading transformational change has consistently resulted in high-performing teams and successful financial outcomes.
