Mainline Internal Restructuring

Mainline Information Systems was acquired by private equity firm H.I.G. Capital in December 2023.  To facilitate your continued partnership with Mainline we provide the following information:

  1. As a result of the acquisition, Mainline converted from a Florida corporation to a Delaware limited liability company.
  2. Our new legal name is Mainline Information Systems, LLC.
  3. Mainline’s corporate headquarters address continues to be 1700 Summit Lake Drive, Tallahassee, FL 32317. It has not changed.
  4. A new W-9 is available from Mainline’s finance department upon request.
  5. Mainline’s federal employee identification number (FEIN) remains the same.
  6. Mainline will be considered a disregarded entity under MIS Topco, L.P., which is reflected in the W-9.
  7. Mainline’s ACH/banking information remains the same.
  8. Mainline does not anticipate any changes to our corporate contracts as a result of this restructure.
