January 24th, 2014 – Tallahassee, FL – Mainline Information Systems® announced today that it has acquired the IBM customers from Data Systems International (DSI), a global leader in mobile enterprise management. DSI is diversifying its business to concentrate on its mobile platform, and will no longer provide hardware and maintenance services. Mainline’s dedicated services team will take over those maintenance agreements effective immediately.

“What started out as a small practice specializing in mobile technology, has turned into an entire new business focused on the mobile enterprise,” said Matt McGraw, President and CEO of DSI. “With this in mind, DSI is divesting its IBM maintenance business and we’ve selected one of IBM’s most knowledgeable and loyal business partners, Mainline Information Systems, to assist our IBM customers with future needs. By focusing on what each company does best, we believe our customers will be the beneficiary.”
