Ed Melton has been working with Mainline clients for 16+ years. As an enterprise architect, Ed advises with infrastructure design, including storage, storage networking, servers, and operating systems. He is a veteran of IBM Power Systems, Power/HA, Spectrum Protect (TSM), and all things storage virtualization.
Ed received his BS and his MBA from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. He is also an iEAi Certified Enterprise Architect and an IBM Certified Infrastructure Systems Architect. Some of Ed’s major projects at Mainline include an Epic infrastructure refresh using Pure Storage, a manufacturing IT infrastructure refresh and redesign with Power 8, TSM, and VMware, and an HIS infrastructure consolidation.
Previous to Mainline, Ed held technical and management roles at PlanetRx, Redfield Labs, and IBM.
