Mainline Receives IBM Technical Support Services Sales Leader Status

IBM status identifies Mainline as leading provider of IBM maintenance and advanced services.

March 11th, 2013 – Tallahassee, FL – Mainline Information Systems® today announced it has completed all requirements for the IBM Technical Support Services (TSS) Sales Leader status. This status from IBM identifies business partners who are highly skilled and invested in supporting their clients with IBM maintenance and advanced services.

Mainline is one of first IBM business partners to complete the requirements for the TSS status, which include:

  • Focus Products Attainment
  • Internet-based Portal/Inventory Management Demo
  • Dedicated Resources: Practice Leader and Sales Specialist(s)
  • TSS Level 1 and Level 2 Certification
