Mainline Information Systems Achieves IBM's Specialty Elite Certification for Dynamic Infrastructure & Conducts Related Customer Workshops
Mainline leverages Dynamic Infrastructure Strategy Workshops to assist companies in solution planning, design and implementation for IT infrastructure
that supports business processes
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - On April 22, Mainline Information Systems achieved IBM's Specialty Elite Certification. This week, Mainline announces the completion of two related Partner-led Dynamic Infrastructure Strategy Workshops held on May 8 and 14, making Mainline the first and only certified business partner to conduct the workshops to-date.
The certification recognizes Mainline's expertise in providing Dynamic Infrastructure solutions through an IT service delivery model aligned tightly to business requirements. The two Partner-led Dynamic Infrastructure Strategy Workshops leveraged the solution planning methodologies Mainline's solutions experts were trained in when preparing for certification testing. These workshops provided customers with prescriptive deliverables for use in IT planning and solution design in support of business objectives.
IBM Elite Certifications are designed to identify solution providers equipped to deliver highly efficient and effective solutions. By holding these Elite Certifications and conducting related workshops for customers, Mainline is able to leverage specialized tools and expanded resources, extending its ability to provide comprehensive solutions and consulting at cost-effective price points.
"Dynamic Infrastructure is not a product, but an approach to solving business and service delivery problems through the integration of processes and infrastructure," said Dave Lasseter, VP of Power Systems for Mainline. "Dynamic Infrastructure means having a technology environment that is consolidated, virtualized, resilient, secure and Green because of the fundamental design and solution approach. Small, medium and large enterprises derive critical business benefits from the responsive nature of the Dynamic Infrastructure approach to solution architecture and implementation."
Some of these benefits include information availability and delivery to the right person, at the right time; compliance; data retention, security; rapid application deployment; energy efficiency and ease of management.
"Dynamic Infrastructure enables customers to do more by leveraging a powerful, integrated environment that reduces complexity and delivers significant cost savings," explained Lasseter. "These characteristics translate into a flexible, stable and optimized environment that can run the robust applications driving today's businesses."
The IBM Elite Certifications achievement continues Mainline's history of maintaining over 400 certifications covering all IBM products and solution offerings.
